Included Support Changes

Websites are living work products of your business.  Successful websites should be changing regular on a monthly basis which helps your SEO ranking and shows Google and Bing your business is thriving.  Most of our packages include a number of support changes as part of monthly service packages.  Below are examples of support changes that are covered by our monthly support changes.

Example of included change types

  • Image changes (customer provided)
  • Text / Content Updates (customer provided)
  • Duplicating an existing page
  • Duplicating an existing component
  • Website editor training
  • Add / remove a job posting
  • Customer supplied content page build
  • Add / remove buttons or text links
  • Basic form (less than 10 fields)
  • Create popups
  • Add 3rd party scripts
  • Modify DNS settings


Note: Monthly support changes should not exceed 30 min per change type

Excluded Support Changes

Below are examples of support changes that are not covered with our monthly support change services.  When requesting a change that is not covered by an available monthly support change, Service Area Marketing will provide a quote for approval before beginning any billable work.

Example of excluded change types

  • Creating a Basic Web Page - design and create page copy.  Includes stock / customer provided images or embedded form.  Typically, sized less than 150 words or 10 form fields with no logic or branching functionality.
  • Creating an SEO Optimized Page - design and create SEO optimized page.  Includes creating copy with the intent of driving website traffic, stock images, or more complex forms larger than 10 fields.  Page copy will typically exceed 600 words.
  • Graphic Design Work - logo editing, logo creation, illustrations, infographics
  • Programming - programing or customizing widgets or css for pixel perfect stylizations.

Standard Pricing

  • $99 / hour for change, design, and marketing consulting services. 30 minute billing minimum
  • $99 / page for building a new basic page
  • $199 / page for building a new seo optimized page

Note: Bulk or discount pricing will be quoted when the number of changes exceeds a quantity of 5 or more.  In these situations we will look at the entire project and provide best pricing options for your business.
